Herbs, heirloom vegetables and edible flowers can be found in our gardens, right on site and Kim can often be seen with faithful Josephine alongside, bombing around the back roads visiting local farms and markets to procure whatever is ready for eating!
Local Fish (Perch & Pickerel) are always on hand (in season) and joined by fruits and vegetables, artisanal cheeses, hand made breads, local meats and of courses Kim’s pastry creations!
