Smoking Policy
The Windjammer Inn is non-smoking as per Ontario smoke free bylaw May 31/06.
Smoking is not permitted inside any of the buildings or on verandah of main house.

If you do not respect other guests and our facility, there will be a $200.00 charge that will be charged to you AND/OR you will be asked to leave.

Pricing Policy
• Pricing based on two persons, rates quoted in Canadian Dollars
• Additional Person where possible at additional $25.00 plus taxes
• Children under 10 stay is complementary when accompanied by adult.
• Rates and policies are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods:
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and Debit

Check In and Check Out

• Check In: any time after 2:00 pm – for check ins later than 10 pm, please advise in advance
• Check Out: 11 am.

Deposit:
Major credit card number is required to secure reservation. Deposit is not charged in advance but credit card imprint will be taken upon check in.

Cancellation:
Cancellations of fewer than seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to charge of one night on credit card – this charge can be applied to a future stay within 6 months of reservation.

Accessibility:
• Partially wheelchair accessible.

Privacy Policy:
• The Ontario Hotel Registration of Guests Act requires all guests to complete and sign a Registration Card at check-in. In Order to Confirm an email Reservation, due to the new Federal Privacy Act Effective January 1, 2004 it is required that you fill in the privacy act consent form online and click send to automatically email it to us. As well as provide a Visa or Mastercard number and expiry date We cannot process your reservation without this information.
• Federal Privacy Act Effective January 1, 2004 The Windjammer Inn, requires the following information in order to provide you with their accommodation, not only for your personal safety, but also for their business security:
  • A Visa or Mastercard Credit Card Number and expiry date. (An imprint will be required at check in).

Pets:
• Pets allowed by special arrangement only. Additional Housekeeping charge of $15 per night will apply.

Cooking:
• Cooking is not permitted in rooms.
